Return Policy



Exchange and Return policy:
At Gazzaz, our goal is to ensure our customer's satisfaction and it is our pleasure to serve you.
  1. For your safety, Gazzaz does not allow the return or replacement of its products, except in the following cases only:

  • Products that reach you only damaged.
  • In case you received different products of what you ordered.

  1. To retrieve the damaged / defective product or the wrong sender, we are happy to communicate with our customer service by calling 920022644  
    or sending an e-mail with the shipment number at customer.service@gazzaz.com.sa 
  1.  You can return the damaged / defective product within 7 days of your purchase.
  2.  The product must be in the same condition as it was received and there was no change in the shape or form and it was not used.
  3.  We are working on your satisfaction so the return period may take up to 10 workdays from the date of receiving the product.
  4.  Refund will be made for damaged / defective product after arrival to us and confirm its condition and the amount will be transferred to you.
